The company's R&D center was established in 2005. It is positioned in the research and development of new technologies and new products in the field of starch and starch sugar deep processing. It is led by biotechnology and provides support and services such as achievement transformation and technical consultation to supporting units. .
The R&D center has a total area of about 2,000 square meters and integrates office, R&D, pilot testing and product experience. The first floor of the center is a terminal product experience area for internal employees and external visitors to experience the company's related products; the west area on the second floor of the center is a modern office space and multimedia conference room, and has a water bar to meet the needs of technical staff for work, meetings and rest. Demand; The east area is the non-dairy creamer product research and development laboratory, which mainly conducts the research and development, formula debugging and application of non-dairy creamer related products. The third floor of the center is a comprehensive R&D laboratory and a microbiology laboratory. It mainly conducts technology upgrades and new product development tests in the starch and starch sugar industry, as well as applied research. It is equipped with a complete set of advanced testing such as high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography. Equipment; it also has a pilot test area and is equipped with a complete set of medium and large pilot test equipment (stainless steel reactor, large rotary concentrator, large-capacity high-speed refrigerated centrifuge, nanofiltration machine, cell crusher, etc.).
At present, there are more than 100 full-time R&D and testing personnel, and a technical expert committee has been established. Among them, external experts include 1 Thousand Talents Plan expert, 1 Taishan scholar of Shandong Province, 2 leading talents of Taishan industry in Shandong Province, Weifang Yuandu Industry 1 leading talent. It has two provincial-level R&D platforms, Shandong Corn Biorefinery Engineering Technology Research Center and Shandong Enterprise Technology Center; it has Weifang Microecological Preparation Engineering Laboratory, Weifang Starch Sugar Key Laboratory, Weifang Industrial Design Center, Weifang There are five municipal R&D platforms: Enterprise Technology Development Center and Weifang One Enterprise and One Technology R&D Center. The testing laboratory has passed CNAS certification.
